We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our global sales team! As our LG Specialist your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by generating and qualifying high value leads for our sales team.

duties and responsibilities
- Find prospects and leads
- Qualify prospects based on their profile and industries
- Identify key decision makers to approach
- Cold emailing and calling prospects to setup appointments for the sales team
- Engage with the marketing and content team to prepare the best strategy to approach prospects and generating leads
- Can provide a general overview of our products during an initial customer call or through email
- Research and pre-qualify identified leads before initial contact is made
- Meet assigned KPIs in terms of generated leads and outbound emails and calls per day
- Track and monitor your work through provided tools such as CRM
- Prepare and present reports when needed
- Stay up to date with the latest lead generation trends and best practice
Lead Generation requirements and qualifications
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working as a Lead Generation Specialist, Inside Sales or Business Development Representative
- Great command of MS Office and CRM tools
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivating attitude
- High-resistant to stress
- Team player who is accustomed to working remotely with virtual teams and able to engage with all departments to create successful lead generation strategy
- Comfortable with working through performance monitoring tools and processes
- Excellent English language, both written and spoken is a must
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented attitude
