A vendor-neutral certification identifies a set of credentials that are not controlled or distributed by a vendor. This is very important because it guarantees that all the objectives and syllabus of the certification are in no way influenced by a vendor.

No. Knowledge Pillars is a Certifying Agency. Knowledge Pillars does not currently develop course content. The Knowledge Pillars exam syllabus is very generic, covering 90% of learning content available online.
