These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites and associated online services operated by Knowledge Pillars Education Inc. ("Knowledge Pillars"), including www.knowledge-pillars.com. Additional terms may apply to specific Knowledge Pillars examination, assessment, and certification services.
Acceptance and Conditions of Use
By registering and using Knowledge Pillars' services, you accept these Terms. If you intend to use our online services as a visitor, you must also comply with these Terms. Both registered users and visitors are collectively referred to as "Users." If you breach these Terms, your authorization to use the online services is terminated, and you must immediately destroy any materials downloaded from the services.Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:- Transmitting or uploading any harmful content, software, virus, advertisement, or communication that may impair the services.
- Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, distributing, or creating derivative works from the content available on the online services.
- Removing or modifying any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the online services' content.
- Attempting to breach the services' security mechanisms or access unauthorized data.
- Using any automatic retrieval mechanism (e.g., web crawler) to harvest information about Knowledge Pillars, other Users, or the online services.
Confidentiality of Certification Process and Materials
The certification process, including exams and assessment services, is strictly confidential. Users agree not to disclose, publish, reproduce, or transmit any materials related to the certification process without prior written consent from Knowledge Pillars. The certification services are provided solely for individual assessment purposes.Access to Online Services
If you access the online services using credentials provided by us (e.g., Candidate ID and PIN), you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and restricting access to your account. Your account is personal and cannot be shared. Knowledge Pillars may terminate accounts if these conditions or the Candidate Certification Guides are violated. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware, software, and Internet service to use the online services. Knowledge Pillars will notify Users of technical requirements via email and in the "Technical Requirements" section of the certifications pages. While we strive to provide continuous access, unavailability may occur due to factors beyond our control, including maintenance. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore access promptly.Intellectual Property Rights
The content of the online services, including all information ("Materials"), is proprietary to Knowledge Pillars Education Inc. and its partners. Users may not sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any Materials without written consent from Knowledge Pillars. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of a breach of these rights.Materials Provided "As Is"
The Materials provided on the online services are on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Knowledge Pillars disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and satisfactory quality, to the fullest extent permitted by law.Payment, Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
Knowledge Pillars offers exams and services for purchase electronically. Payment is securely processed by our selected payment processors, and no credit card details are stored by Knowledge Pillars. Charges will appear under "www.knowledge-pillars.com."- Cancellations for Exams: You can request cancellation within 14 days of your purchase if no exam date has been booked. If a date has been booked, cancellation is possible within 14 days of purchase if that date is at least 14 days away.
- Cancellations for Assessments: You can request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase if the assessment key has not been redeemed.
- Rescheduling: Exams can be rescheduled through your Knowledge Pillars account, subject to a reasonable fee.
