A stationary computer or laptop (tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices are not supported) in good condition. System requirements:- Processor – Intel Core 2 DUO or AMD Athlon x2, or newer models with SSE2 support, with at least 2 cores, and 1,8 GHz or above.
- 3 GB RAM – or more.
- Free space on HDD or SSD – 500 MB.

Availability of a stable Internet connection with the rate of data transmission from the user of at least 1 Mbit/s. You can test the connection speed here. Voucher key's cannot be exchanged or redeemed more than once.
How to Setup Your Environment
- Your room is well lit You should be clearly visible at all times. Through the setup process, you will be able to see what your webcam is sharing. Make sure that lighting is sufficient and no backlighting.
- Your desktop is clean and tidy You will need to show your desk, which must be empty, clean and tidy for the entirety of the session. No devices and no tools other than a pen and paper.
- You are alone You should be the only one taking the exam, having someone else in the room is a serious violation. Make sure to cover any irrelevant private info you would not like to show such as pictures or private objects.
- Cam positioned right We need to be able to see you and your surroundings well. Check the videos feeds which are shown on your screen as you start your exam, they will show you exactly what is recorded and how.
- Have your ID document on hand;
- Plug your laptop in(battery operation can affect the device's performance);
- Clear the browser's cache;
- Restart the computer;
- Using Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), shut down unused or running programs,especially those that rely on the webcam or mic (the Processes tab);
- You cannot use the VPN service or a remote management service(e.g., TeamViewer, RAdmin, Windows Remote Desktop, etc.);
- Deactivate the antivirus' function to filter network traffic;(e.g., TeamViewer, RAdmin, Windows Remote Desktop, etc.);
What you need to know about your Exam
No extra devices
By default, you’re are not allowed to use additional devices such as second screens or phones/tablets. There are some exceptions:- When a smartphone is required for its camera, this device is obviously not forbidden.
- Certain tools, like calculators, are allowed only when the exam instructions state so.
- Things such as medical support devices or items may be used if necessary, but you must show this to the camera when prompted.
