The examination procedure
Candidates are provided with their own live environment based on the WordPress® platform . All questions must be completed within the allotted timeframe.
They are free to ignore as many questions as they want. They will have the option to answer the ignored questions at the end of the test (within the 45 minutes timeframe).
All unanswered questions will be marked as incorrect. When the test finishes the result of the examination is sent to KP’s server for storing. If the examinées enter their credential again, they will be able to see the results for each of their vouchers.

Candidates are required to have at least 150 hours of combined instruction and hands-on experience working with the WooCommerce® plugin on the WordPress® platform before taking the exam.
The Web E-Commerce Specialist (WES) exam evaluates a wide range of competencies related to setting up, customizing, and managing e-commerce stores using the WooCommerce® plugin. The assessment measures your ability to configure WooCommerce® settings, customize storefront layouts, manage products, shipping, payments, and taxes, and handle store security, customer data, and order workflows.
You must demonstrate practical skills in configuring WooCommerce® checkout flows, customizing the store appearance, managing catalog elements, and working with essential store documentation (e.g., privacy policies, terms & conditions pages). You’ll also be tested on your ability to process orders, manage refunds, apply discounts, generate invoices, and handle advanced store configurations.
