1. The referring party completes and submits the official referral form at knowledge-pillars.com/academic-referral-program, or contacts a Knowledge Pillars Sales Representative.
2. The referred party must purchase a minimum of one (1) Knowledge Pillars Site License or Universal License through a Knowledge Pillars Sales Representative. Purchases made through the Knowledge Pillars online store do not qualify toward Program rewards.
3. Upon confirmation of a qualifying purchase, the referring party will receive their reward as described in Section 3.

Upon a successful qualifying referral, the referring party will receive:

Vouchers will be issued to the referring party's Knowledge Pillars account within 10 business days of the referred party's qualifying purchase being confirmed by a Knowledge Pillars Sales Representative.

• Full Learning Bundles are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
• Each bundle includes 1 (one) Curriculum, 1 (one) CodeSkills™ or WebSkills™ hands-on lab, 3 (three) exam attempts, unlimited Practice Test access, and unlimited Exam Simulator use.
• Vouchers may be used for any Knowledge Pillars certification exam available at the time of redemption, unless otherwise specified.
• Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold.
• Vouchers are intended for student use within the referring party's class or program and may not be used by the referring party themselves.
• Expired or unused vouchers will not be replaced or extended.

• There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals a participant may submit, nor the eligible rewards that may be claimed.
• Only one (1) reward will be issued per successful referral. Duplicate referrals of the same individual will not result in additional rewards.
• Knowledge Pillars reserves the right to limit rewards at its discretion in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

Referrals will be considered ineligible and no reward will be issued if:

• The referral is submitted after the referred party has already made a purchase or been in contact with a Knowledge Pillars Sales Representative regarding a purchase.
• The referred party is an existing or former Knowledge Pillars customer.
• The referring and referred party are the same individual (self-referrals).
• The referring party does not hold an active Knowledge Pillars license at the time of the referral.
• The referred party purchases through the Knowledge Pillars online store rather than through a Sales Representative.
• Knowledge Pillars determines, in its sole discretion, that the referral was made in bad faith, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

Knowledge Pillars reserves the right to:

• Modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• Suspend or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.
• Disqualify any participant found to be abusing or misusing the Program.

Pending rewards at the time of Program termination will be honored at Knowledge Pillars' discretion.

• Knowledge Pillars is the sole and final decision-maker regarding Program eligibility and reward issuance.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
• These Terms are subject to the Knowledge Pillars Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
