Europe Sales Director (Remote Only Commission-Based Role)

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Sales Director to join our European sales team! Your main goal, together with your team, will be to turn leads and prospects into customers.

Sales Director duties and responsibilities

  • Set up sales forecasts
  • Source prospects and leads
  • Be familiar with all Knowledge Pillars products and services
  • Investigate and understand all prospects needs, problems or wants
  • Explain how our solutions can be aligned to address their pain points
  • Meet with potential clients and act as their advisor and consultant
  • Up-sell when appropriate
  • Identify buyer persona profiles
  • Perform customer research before initial contact is made
  • Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure efficiency
  • Meet assigned KPIs
  • Track and monitor your work through provided tools such as CRM
  • Prepare and present reports when needed
  • Attend sales educational events and seminars
  • Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices

Sales Director requirements and qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Sales Director or similar role, in the EdTech industries, with a focus on IT skills validation and training
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in sales, performing at the highest level
  • Proven record of successful deals closed
  • Great command of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivating attitude
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player who is accustomed to working remotely with virtual teams and able to engage with all departments to create successful lead generation strategy
  • Excellent English language, both written and spoken is a must
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Aggressive sales and results-oriented attitude
